The Franklin County Finance Department is responsible for administering all financial aspects of Franklin County Government held within the Financial Act of 1981. This includes Employee Payroll & Benefits, Accounts Payable, Budget Maintenance & Debt Service for all County Departments under the Authority of the Franklin County Commission, Board of Educations & Highway Commission.
